Fardis takes a holistic approach to assessment and treatment, focusing on personalised exercise programs, hands-on techniques, and self-management strategies that empower his clients to take charge of their well-being.

Fardis has an interest in treating lower back injuries, neck pain and ankle conditions. Fardis is also trained in dry needling, manual therapy, and return-to-work protocols, ensuring he provides comprehensive care tailored to each client’s needs. With a background in occupational health, he understands the impact of injury on everyday life and is committed to helping clients achieve optimal recovery.
