Book with Saylee

Movement, from experience to practice

Saylee is a dedicated physiotherapist with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy and a Master of Public Health from the University of Adelaide. A trained dancer and badminton enthusiast, movement has always been an important part of her life. Her clinical experience and personal connection with movement have shaped her belief that movement influences the body, and the body influences the mind.

She understands that pain and injury can affect more than physical function — they can impact confidence, independence and the ability to do the things we enjoy. Her approach is centred around helping people understand their bodies, build confidence and return to meaningful activity.

Her approach

Saylee combines evidence-based treatment, hands-on therapy and exercise rehabilitation, tailoring each treatment plan to the individual.

Clinical experience

Saylee has experience across musculoskeletal physiotherapy, spinal and neurological rehabilitation, inpatient rehabilitation and private practice. She has worked with patients with spinal cord injuries, developing individualised programs focused on strength, balance, mobility and function.

Her sports and spine experience has further developed her skills in musculoskeletal assessment, clinical reasoning, manual therapy, dry needling, taping, exercise prescription and patient education. This diverse background has shaped her adaptable and patient-centred approach to rehabilitation.

Community & Beyond the Clinic

Saylee has a strong commitment to community service. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she volunteered in community screening initiatives and provided hands-on physiotherapy care to patients in hospital, contributing to frontline healthcare efforts during a challenging period.

These experiences strengthened her adaptability, resilience and ability to remain calm and compassionate in high-pressure clinical environments.
