It is well known that our posture can affect our whole body & improving it is essential for full recovery for various conditions. Our Physio team from Adelaide, held a CPD session at Southern Fleurieu Family Practice for their doctors and nurses team on how posture can be related to various conditions like: headaches, back pain, bursitis, knee pain, plantar fascitis and more.
It was interesting to discuss how easily some of these conditions can be treated, once the posture is corrected.
